The clock tower in Manila City Hall is one of the fondest landmarks/icons that evoke memories of childhood when my parents would take me out for a walk in Luneta or Manila Bay every weekends. That clock tower is what I always see on my way home, towering over the highway.

There are really several perspectives that you can look at this clock tower from. It looks best when viewed from outside the museum. And for best effect, you should use a 300mm or longer lens to get the beautifully compressed effect. That's one secret I can tell, you figure the rest.
