How To Set Your Tripod To Portrait Orientation When Your Lens Is Too Heavy

10 September 2017

While doing the final cuts for my lens porn video, I decided to take some selfies to complete the demo of the Tamron Adaptall 1 38-100mm f/3.5 (CZ-38M)My point is to show how fab the lens renders portraiture, look at my skin!

It always bothers me when you mount your camera on a tripod and want to set it to portrait orientation for a selfie but the camera keeps pointing downward because of the weight of the lens...

I just saw something lying in my line of sight and thought it was the perfect tool.
